Front End Supervisors - Tully
We currently have casual night and weekend positions available for enthusiastic Front End Supervisors for our Tully store. As the successful candidates, you will be responsible for the operations and maintenance of the checkout area in the absence of the Front End Manager and 2IC. You will provide excellent customer service standards.

Key aspects of the role are:
• Provide leadership to others
• Monitor and report all staff performances
• Cash handling
•Operating checkouts
• Communicate to the Front End Manager all issues of daily business
• Serve customers in a timely and efficient manner
• Takings reconciliation
• Maintain Drink fridge/s
• Answering and redirection of phone calls as required
• Cleaning of baby trolleys and shopping baskets
• Monitoring of shopping trolley and basket levels
• Serve customers in a timely and efficient manner
• Follow safe work practices
• Use personal protective equipment as required
• Abide by all Standard Operating Procedures
• Complete tasks and projects as requested by a supervisor or manager

Prerequisites:
• Supervisory experience within the retail industry
• Accredited Food Safety Qualification.

Retail Manager - Bakery - Tully
We currently have a full time salary position available for an enthusiastic Retail Manager in the Bakery department for our Tully store. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for the overseeing of the daily business and all employees within the Bakery area.

Key aspects of the role are:
• Produce quality products for sale
• Complete ordering, storage, rotation and recording of all goods purchases
• Ensure minimum IGA Standards are achieved
• Ensure ticketing and pricing maintenance is maintained
• Provide leadership to others
• Perform stock takes and report results to the Store Manager
• Advertised lines are highlighted and maintained during the advertised period
• Storage, rotation and checking of all purchases
• Ensure all dump stock is recorded and disposed of

Prerequisites:

Retail Assistant - Storeman - Mt Isa
We currently have a position available for an enthusiastic casual Retail Assistant acting as the Storeman within the company. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for the receiving, distribution and storage of goods received and the safe breaking down of pallet stock for transport to the shop floor.

Key aspects of the role are:
• Team player
• Advise relevant persons of received goods
• Receipt and checking off of invoice/delivery docket to goods received
• Correct completion of all con notes and pallet dockets
• Goods delivery
• Safe storage of pallet stock and empty pallets
• Ensure the loading dock is returned to a safe and manageable condition
• Fill, replenish or any other method of presentation for sale of goods
• Serve customers in a timely and efficient manner
• Follow safe work practices
• Use personal protective equipment as required

Prerequisites:

• Previous retail experience is advantageous
• A willingness to learn is essential
• Certificate II in Retail Operations preferred

Retail Supervisor - Sunland
