We currently have a position available for an enthusiastic Grocery Manager within our busy Tully supermarket. The successful person will be responsible for assisting and supporting the Store Manager in the day to day operations of the store, as well as managing the daily business and employees within the Grocery area, including Nightfill. We currently have a position available for an enthusiastic Process Improvement Coordinator within our busy retail group. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager on a 12 month contract basis, the successful administrator is responsible for further developing and documenting end to end processes throughout the company.

This position requires the awareness of human resources; retail operations and the ability to develop and maintain productive working relationships with managers, employees and external stakeholders. The role will also assist with generalist human resources matters such as training material development.

Key aspects of the role are:

• Investigate, analyse and map processes, workflows and procedures
• Provide mapping and the documentation of end to end functions across the organisation
• Engage stakeholders to research requirements, collate, review and document all procedures
• Work with subject matter experts to capture knowledge and translate into business processes

You require well developed business and technical writing skills, advanced computer skills and a solid skill base in customer service, interpersonal and organisational skills. Experience in online training programs is advantageous.
