We currently have a position available for an enthusiastic Process Improvement Coordinator within our busy retail group. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager on a 12 month contract basis, the successful administrator is responsible for further developing and documenting end to end processes throughout the company.
This position requires the awareness of human resources; retail operations and the ability to develop and maintain productive working relationships with managers, employees and external stakeholders. The role will also assist with generalist human resources matters such as training material development.
Key aspects of the role are:
Investigate, analyse and map processes, workflows and procedures
Provide mapping and the documentation of end to end functions across the organisation
Engage stakeholders to research requirements, collate, review and document all procedures
Work with subject matter experts to capture knowledge and translate into business processes
Identify, capture and document best practice for use across the wider business
Develop standardised work instructions to assist in future company growth
Monitor and enhance system procedures
Critically analyse current processes with a fresh eyes approach as required
