- Budgeting and Forecasting
- Operational Expenditure Analysis
- Variance Analysis
- Fixed Asset Accounting
- Cash Flow Analysis
- Audit work
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Project work
As the successful candidate, you will be degree qualified and demonstrate a passion and enthusiasm for delivering a robust financial environment. Immediate consideration will be given to those with experience in a retail medium.

As the successful candidate, you will possess a butcher trade qualification and be competent in producing quality retail cuts. You will have sound knowledge in breaking down carcasses as required and the ability to plan and organise daily tasks to achieve timelines. A strong team ethic and exposure to a retail meat department will be considered advantageous.
The key aspects of the role are:
- Identify and prepare meat into retail cuts
- Monitor meat quality
- Ensure sufficient stock levels are on display
- Provide pleasant, courteous and efficient service to customers
- Communicate effectively with all store employees
- Maintain strict hygiene standards
